(A big thank you to both Simone and Jaime) Also had my Hollywood wax done there, Audrey was very professional and efficient. The staff is friendly and excellent at their jobs ! I made an appointment provided all my information (via whatsapp specifically) asked for the price (price was obviously provided via the chat) , I withdrew the exact amount LUCKILY I had abit extra cash flow on me for the hair capsule .. When I got to till point the price was much more than expected .. Ofcourse I questioned this " I felt like a criminal with the way I was answered and insisted on to make an immediate payment via my banking app for the difference (which also cost extra BTW) .. The cashier kept running back and forth between myself and the manager to convey messages which also built up more tension as this situation was loudly discussed infront of other paying clients, which could have been dealt with discreetly! Nice staff,convenient venue for the community BUT not "precise" on handling their matters!
